Michael gave up a high flying sustainability role in the clothing and textiles supply chain to retrain on climate change and adaptation planning. He defines his career as centrally around his work on community development, inclusion and human rights impacts of commerce. Michael also has years of experience in communications, public affairs and has worked on compliance in charity and fundraising regulations. He is currently researching if we know enough about the impacts of climate change on the Black community in the UK.
