I'm proud of my Mental Illness. It's shaped me over the years, just like my art. My creative outlet & therapy has saved me a countless amount of times. All of my work is created around the themes of Mental Health & Body Image where I explore the constant cycle of recovery. I've been drawing for 11 years but only in the past 2 years finding my feet in the digital world. I love incorporating colour theory into my pieces and have so much fun creating colour palettes that soothe the soul. My art is for me to survive and a reminder for all of the Mental Health warriors out there that they are not alone.
