Billions of pounds of public money have been wasted propping up the oil and gas industry. We’re taking the Government to court to stop payments for big polluters #PaidToPollute.

shado is teaming up with Paid to Pollute to host an evening of conversation around the public case against the UK government, which is being brought by three climate activists: Mikaela Loach, Kairin van Sweeden and Jeremy Cox.

On the week the Paid To Pollute case appears in the High Court, join the claimants in the legal challenge and supporting organisations as they discuss the upcoming trial, what happens next and ways you can get involved to support the fight to end polluter payouts for oil and gas companies.

COVID-19 requirements: Please bring proof of a negative lateral flow test to the venue. All attendees will also be encouraged to wear face masks except in cases of exemption. If you are unable to take lateral flow tests we will provide free tests on the door to take before entering. .
