Mauricio Holc is a 34 years old photographer and filmmaker from Oberá, Misiones, Argentina (a small city near the border of Brazil and Paraguay). Through his artistic vision and personal experience, he tells the story of people who have been systematically silenced and unseen by society simply because they are "different", emphasizing non-hegemonic bodies and skin, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, and feminists, celebrating the diversity in his community and promoting inclusion and equality.
