Naz Hamdi, also known as NazfromNewham, is a heritage and music professional from East London who often describes herself as a black cab driver with no license (and no, she doesn't have any plans to get one soon). Naz’s work combines the worlds of music, film, nightlife and heritage. She cares about documenting the people, stories and moments that shape places, history and culture through writing, archiving and programming mostly — remaining as curious if not more than when she first began her career.
