Born and raised in South London, singer-songwriter ADANNAY weaves stories of Black queer joy and resistance, into bops that make you want to think, smile and dance. Playfully layering their roots in Caribbean folk and Gospel music with neo-soul vocals and an alt pop sound, ADANNAY’s songwriting is both nostalgic and fresh, soothing and forceful. Following the release of their debut EP 'Her Favourite Song' in 2018, ADANNAY featured on BBC Introducing and performed at festivals such as Cheltenham Jazz Festival, 110 Above and Cross the Tracks. Now ADANNAY is back with a new track ‘Off My Mind’ out now.
