Ilse Argüero, is a Mexican feminist artist, she finds her work like some kind of personal diaries and emocional maps but at the same time always seeking to connect to the collective feelings of other women. "I work as a tattoo artist and illustrator. I have a great mix of influences but what inspires me the most is traditional tattooing, Mexican folk art and religious art from India. I consider myself lucky to work in something that makes me happy and to be able to live only from it."
