Holly Apsley is mostly a talker, sometimes a writer, but always trying to make sense of the world around her. Her professional background is in cooperative housing development, with prior work in online harms research and side quests in community radio. She has a degree in Urban Studies from Yale-NUS College in Singapore and is completing a master’s in Political Ecology and Degrowth at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Each of these contexts has shaped her fascination with urban environments and her belief in building cities for those who live in them – not those who profit off of them.
